We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of our AI-based healthcare marketing solutions for providers and payers within the WebMD Ignite. The ideal candidate has a deep background in healthcare marketing strategy and campaign execution within a modern marketing technology ecosystem. This role is crucial for developing new AI-based marketing insights and integrated marketing technology workflow modules for WebMD Ignite.
The position requires hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (Claude) for rapid prototyping and ensuring our platform dominates high-intent, high-value, and high-conversion moments in the evolving healthcare journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle for AI-based marketing solutions and workflow modules within the WebMD Ignite.
- Define and execute the product strategy for healthcare marketing campaigns, focusing on AI-driven omnichannel activation and closed-loop measurement.
- Partner with engineering and design to rapidly prototype and test new solutions, specifically utilizing generative AI tools (like Claude) to accelerate solution design and product requirements development.
- Ensure seamless integration of the WebMD Ignite Growth Platform (IGP) as a system of intelligence and orchestration with key healthcare systems and martech stacks (e.g., Eloqua, Meta, Google, Epic, Salesforce, Adobe, etc).
- Monitor market trends, competitive shifts (including the impact of LLMs/AIOs), and competitor strategies (like Unlock Health and Innovaccer) to inform and differentiate the product roadmap.
- Anchor product development and messaging to measurable business outcomes, moving beyond features to focus on appointments, encounters, and revenue.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the marketing strategy and measurement, product, product usage, and anticipated benefits for internal and external stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on healthcare marketing technology, campaign strategy, and implementation.
- Proven, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, LLMs) to quickly prototype and develop product requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Deep proficiency in modern marketing technology ecosystems, including marketing automation (e.g., Oracle Eloqua), CRM, and data platforms/CDPs.
- Knowledge of Epic Cheers and related technologies is a differentiator
- Strong understanding of the healthcare domain, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and associated architecture (FHIR knowledge preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive product strategy with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes and growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Salary range: $110,000 - $145,000
Bonus Eligible:
This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
